Thank you so much for supporting my work. Every order is carefully packed and sent with love from our remote part of Australia via Australia Post.
Processing Time
Orders are usually posted within 72 hours of purchase.
Because I’m based in a remote area, dispatch times allow for travel to the nearest town for postage.
Delays
From time to time, delays may happen due to circumstances outside my control, particularly weather events such as flooding that can affect access to town.
If there is a delay with your order, I will always do my best to contact you and keep you updated.
Shipping and Damage
Each order is packed as carefully as possible to help it arrive safely. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery passes to the postal carrier.
This means I am not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, I recommend getting in touch with Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry or claim. I am happy to help and support you with any information you need to lodge this.
