1. Orders & Enquiries

  • All orders or commission requests must be submitted via the Just Draw By Georgie website or direct enquiry form.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Commission placement is determined by project complexity, availability, and agreed timelines.

  • Just Draw By Georgie reserves the right to adjust timelines or recommend modifications to ensure the best outcome for each piece.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required by the due date specified in the invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for online payments.

  • Outstanding balances may result in delays or suspension of orders.

3. Late Payments & Order Suspension

  • Orders will not proceed until payment is received.

  • Just Draw By Georgie reserves the right to reassign or postpone commission work if payment is not made promptly.

  • Completion of projects is subject to availability once payment is finalised.

4. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Estimated delivery or pick-up times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once a project has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or rework will only be considered if the piece cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond Just Draw By Georgie’s control.

  • Personal reasons, changes of mind, or missed deadlines are not eligible for refunds.

9. Artwork & Equipment

  • Artworks created by Just Draw By Georgie are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.


13. Policy Updates

  • Just Draw By Georgie reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time.

  • Updated policies will be communicated via email or published on the website.
